Right of withdrawal, warranty & return policy
2-year warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all Casa Celata products from the date of purchase. If a defect or material fault occurs within this period, we will resolve the issue for free and without hassle.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer the following solutions:
- Free replacement parts or repair
- Replacement of individual components
- Full product replacement for unfixable defects
To claim a warranty service, simply contact us at support@casacelata.comwith a brief description of the issue and a photo or video. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Note: The warranty covers material and manufacturing faults. Damage caused by improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or external influences is excluded.
60-day return policy
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@casacelata.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. A purchase receipt or other proof of payment is also required. Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return from us—unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
After receiving your request, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package back.
Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us immediately at support@casacelata.com—we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are excluded from the return policy: custom or personalized products, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us in advance.
Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not permitted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get an exchange: Send the item back and place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
For orders within the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receiving the goods—no reason required. The goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. The purchase receipt must be included.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may take a few business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
